Week 7

One great way for Christian teens to grow in their faith is to memorize and apply Bible verses to their lives. While Christians should be reading their Bibles every day, memorizing Bible verses is a great way to incorporate what you read into your daily life.

Memory Verse:

James 3:2 - "Indeed, we all make many mistakes. For if we could control our tongues, we would be perfect and could also control ourselves in every other way." (NLT)

Application for Christian Teens:

There isn't a Christian teen that hasn't made at least one mistake in his or her life. God knows that we are an imperfect people, and that is why He is able to forgive us for our indiscretions. However, it doesn't mean that we should not try to make ourselves the best we can be in God's eyes. Spend some time this week to ask God to give you strength and self-control.
