Christian Teens' Memory Verse of the Week 18
Week 18

By , About.com Guide

One great way for Christian teens to grow in their faith is to memorize and apply Bible verses to their lives. While Christians should be reading their Bibles every day, memorizing Bible verses is a great way to incorporate what you read into your daily life.

Memory Verse:

1 Corinthians 7:23-24 - "God paid a great price for you. so don't become slaves of anyone else."(CEV)

Application for Christian Teens:

Christian teens today face influence at every turn. Advertisers tell you that, if you use their product, you will become popular or attractive. Peers tell you how this drug or that drink will make you feel better. Teachers want you to study harder and longer to become smarter. Sometimes it makes even the most well-adjusted Christian teen question if he or she is good enough. Remember, Christ paid a price for you because He loves you - just as you are. Stay true to Him, focus on Him, and allow the rest to fall away.
