Podcasts for Christian Teens

I’ve been noticing lately that many youth groups are turning to the Internet to reach a wider audience. One way that they are reaching out is through podcasts. While grownups may not be “hip” to this technology, you may already have a number of podcasts on your mp3 player. While there are a lot of podcasts out there, it can be hard to find ones that apply to your age group and your faith.

There are a number of places to look online from iTunes to God’s iPod, but some of the best podcasts remain hidden. You may need to do some digging to find ones you really like. Take time to look at the topics and listen to a few of the podcasts to find the ones that you will enjoy listening to the most. After all, why subscribe if you aren’t even going to listen to it, right?

Podcasts are here to stay, and they are a great way to grow closer to God when you are “on the go.” However, remember that they don’t take the place of going to church or regular prayer times.
