Christian Teens' Memory Verse of the Week 52

One great way for Christian teens to grow in their faith is to memorize and apply Bible verses to their lives. While Christians should be reading their Bibles every day, memorizing Bible verses is a great way to incorporate what you read into your daily life.

Memory Verse:

Hebrews 10:23 - "We must hold tightly to the hope that we say is ours. After all, we can trust the one who made the agreement with us." (CEV)

Application for Christian Teens:

Hope. Sometimes it seems so elusive. Being a teen comes with many challenges that can make it seem like there isn't any hope at all. Yet, God is Hope. He made promises to those who believe, and He is faithful. Living for God doesn't always come easy, and we have to work on it every day. That is why prayer is so important. It is why staying in His Word is so important, too. Understanding God's promises allows us to hold onto hope, even when that hope seems to continually elude us.
