Christian Teens' Memory Verse of the Week 50

By , About.com Guide

One great way for Christian teens to grow in their faith is to memorize and apply Bible verses to their lives. While Christians should be reading their Bibles every day, memorizing Bible verses is a great way to incorporate what you read into your daily life.

Memory Verse:

Psalm 119:76 - "I serve you, LORD. Comfort me with your love, just as you have promised" (CEV)

Application for Christian Teens:

When you are serving the Lord things aren't always going to be rosy. Sometimes we face hard times and persecution. However, our greatest Comforter is there, right beside us. Hand over your troubles to God. Spend time in prayer this week allowing God to be your comfort. Give the things troubling you over to Him and allow Him to love you.
