Christian Teens' Memory Verse of the Week 27
Week 27

By , About.com Guide

One great way for Christian teens to grow in their faith is to memorize and apply Bible verses to their lives. While Christians should be reading their Bibles every day, memorizing Bible verses is a great way to incorporate what you read into your daily life.

Memory Verse:

Matthew 28:20- "Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age."(NLT)

Application for Christian Teens:

Some people think that being a Christian teen means you are completely oppressed by unreasonable rules. Yet, looking more closely at the Bible, many of the rules make our lives a little better. Still, we are not perfect, and we often need to look to God for strength, because temptations can be strong, but Jesus assures us that He is there to give us that strength. He is there for us, even when we don't realize it.
