Guide Review - Christian Teens Review: Wildcats in the House Devotional
How free are you to be yourself? Wildcats in the House allows the Christian teen to explore issues that not only affect daily life, but also a Christian teens spiritual life. Self-esteem, priorities, and teamwork are all focuses of this devotional. Steve and Gabi Russo do a nice job of taking the real-life examples portrayed in "High School Musical" and applying them to a spiritual walk. Using a variety of character including Troy, Gabrielle, Sharpay, Zeke, and Ryan, the book is encouraging toward any Christian teen that has dreams they want to follow. The only down side? Some older Christian teens might find the book a little "young" as it is more applicable to teens in junior high and early high school, but anybody who loves the High School Musical movies will find something to enjoy and use in the devotional.
