Bible Verses on Beauty

When looking for bible verses on beauty, you can find a couple different types of verses. There are those verses that praise beauty on a spiritual level, and other scriptures that warn us against focusing too much on outer appearance. Here are some bible verses on beauty:

Praising Beauty

Song of Songs 4:1
How beautiful you are, my darling! Oh, how beautiful! Your eyes behind your veil are doves. Your hair is like a flock of goats descending from the hills of Gilead. (NIV)

Ecclesiastes 3:11
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end. (NIV)

Psalm 45:11
