Contacting Your Christian Teens Guide
Like all the Guides at About.com, Im a real person. You can e-mail me at
christianteens.guide@about.com. When you e-mail me you will receive an automated response letting you know I got your e-mail. However, due to the volume of e-mails that I receive, I may not be able to respond to every single message. Yet I will do my best to either answer you personally or through the articles on this site.
Search the Site
Looking for something specific on the site? Take a moment to browse through the category list on the left side of the page. You may find just what you are looking for in one of those categories. If you arent sure where to look, use the search box at the top of the page.
Use the Forums
I check the forums frequently, and they may be the place to find helpful information regarding Christian teens. I try to provide helpful input, but other visitors to the forum may be able to offer more helpful and knowledgeable advice about certain questions. It is a great place to find answers and encouragement. Yet remember that there are a lot of different denominations that use the forums, so try to be respectful when you post.
Technical Issues
Got some technical issues with the site like network problems, pages not printing, log-in issues, etc.? Please contact
About.com Customer Service . However, if you find a broken or inoperable link, please let me know directly by
e-mailing me.
The Disclaimer
By e-mailing me at the Guide e-mail address
christianteens.guide@about.com you are giving the
Christian Teens Guide, Kelli Mahoney, permission to use the content of the e-mail on the site, in the forum, or in a feature.
A Few Guidelines
I look forward to reading your e-mails, but here are some other things you need to know about
e-mailing me:
- No attachments, please! I will not open up any attachments. There are too many viruses running around these days. If you have an article for me to read, just copy and paste it in the e-mail.
- Use the subject line. Again, nobody likes spam, and I wont open up e-mails that look like spam. Make sure you put something in the subject line that tells me you are an actual person.
- Remember your manners. Now, I know that there are some controversial topics on this site, and everyone has an opinion. I appreciate your opinions greatly, and I dont mind if you disagree with me. However, please be polite about how you word your e-mails.
- Keep things relevant. Remember, this is a Christian Teens site. Please keep your questions or articles relevant to the topic. While Id love to be able to answer your questions on chemistry, math, and more, I probably wouldnt give you a very good answer.
Submissions
I am always looking for new perspectives and ideas on topics. If you have an article, feel free to
e-mail me. Just remember to put the article in the
body of the e-mail.
However, if you are looking to put an advertisement on the About.com site, I am not the person to e-mail. I do not make the advertising decisions. You can check out the
advertising pages of the site.
Wow! All of this stuff just to tell you about
e-mailing me!. In any case, I look forward to reading what you have to say!
Your Guide,
Kelli Mahoney
